Here you can see a list of sources where SourceJet is looking when searching for jobs, however you will need to create logins and passwords for this to work correctly.

Simply go to the website you’d wish to sign up for and register (ie www.just4jobs.com). Then go back to BrightMove in the manage resume sources section and select the site you have registered for.  Select it and input your username and password from your registration on the job website.

Some of the sources don’t need a registration and will simply be used in the search.

Importing Results from a Search

Now that your search has started producing resumes you’ll want to view them and see which ones you want to bring into your database.

Note that ALL results from this search are outside of your BrightMove Database and will not be imported unless you specify them to.

If you want to view the results from a given search follow the steps below:
1) Open up the Applicants Menu and select Sourcing.
2) Find the Search name with the results you want to view. (In this case Marketing)
3) Select the Name of that search by clicking on it.
4) When you do this you will be presented with the results.

Right Clicking on a name will show you their resume below the results.

You can import results into a folder by selecting the "Existing Folder" selection and choosing a folder to import results into.

To import an applicant or applicants select the check box next to their name and select "Process Selected Resumes".  This will import those resumes into your database and put them into a folder if you have selected one. Once imported they are available for searching in your database.
