Job Templates

Job Templates are a feature in BrightMove to create re-usable templates for jobs that your clients may often hire for.  They are simple to create and can be quickly accessed.

Creating a Job Template

Follow these steps

1) Go to SETTINGS and Job Templates

2) In Job Templates you'll see all the job templates you have access to that have been created and where you can create a New Job from your template or create a New Job Template.

3) Select the New link
4) You will then be prompted to Create your job template. (See Screen Shot below)

5) This will create a job template that you can now create jobs from by selecting the "Create Job" link in the list section.

Optional Template Option You can also create a template from a current job by selecting "Create Template" in the top floating menu of the job.
