What is it?
The Hiring Manager Workbench is the portal for your Hiring Managers and Contacts to log into BrightMove and view the requisitions that are assigned to them. They are able to view applicants, notes, activities etc and create new requirements, submittals and activities.

Hiring Manager Set-up
1) First go to the Contact/Hiring Manager Profile you want to be able to login
2) "Update" that profile and add a Username and Password and hit "Submit".

You are all set! This profile can now log into BrightMove and view their jobs, applicants and more.

You can enable or disable access to different parts of the Hiring Manager Workbench.
Security Settings for Hiring Manager Workbench
To adjust the Security Settings for the Contact/Hiring Manager follow these steps:
1) Go to Settings> Manage My Company> the Security Tab
2) Select the "Manager" role under User type. It may say Hiring Managers or Contacts. Select the role that you want to adjust.
3)Once you select the role it will bring up a Java dialog box with the Privileges for that role.

To activate or disable a privilege simply select the activity you want to adjust and either put a check box or a red x in it. 
After you have adjusted your security settings for this role select "Save" and you will see a dialog box informing you of a successful save.
