Overview
BrighMove ATS includes a real time posting mechanism for most of the major job boards, and batch posting for a handful of other free boards. The JDE (Job Distribution Engine) is a flexible and robust platform for easily plugging new job boards and APIs into BrightMove to facilitate the "Edit Once, Post Everywhere" philosophy.
How it works
BrightMove has developed relationships with different Job Boards. We have a special way of sending them jobs from BrightMove so that the jobs will post on their sites just as if you had gone to the site and manually posted it yourself. When you add, edit or delete a job in BrightMove, the respective changes are made on the job boards, eliminating hours of job board management.
Instructions for Specific Job Boards
Monster
To post to Monster.com, contact your account representative and request that they send us the specific information below. They will email the below information to support@brightmove.com. Once we get a few access codes from Monster we will walk you through the simple process of posting your selected jobs on Monster. To expedite the process, please have the following available when you call.
CareerBuilder
To post to CareerBuilder, contact your account representative at BrightMove. They will gather some account information about your CareerBuilder account and activate this service. To expedite the process, please have the following available when you call.
Dice
To automatically publish jobs to Dice, please call your Dice account representative and ask to switch your posting preference to "FTP". If you need assistance, please call your BrightMove account representative and we can help. Once you have switched your Dice account to "FTP" mode, you can no longer post jobs through the Dice WWW interface, and you must use BrightMove exclusively to manage your Dice Jobs.
Indeed.com
All jobs that are published to your company career portal are automatically exported to Indeed.com four times per day. Jobs more than 30 days old are not imported to this board. To refresh a job, edit the job and save it.
 | "New Policy from Indeed.com" We have been told by Indeed that Staffing Firms that signed up after June 1, 2011 are not included in the FREE Indeed.com search index. BrightMove still sends all jobs to Indeed, and customers joining BrightMove after June 1, 2011 an opt in to the Indeed.com paid sponsorship program. Ask your BrightMove Account Manager for more information. This is a change from Indeed.com, not BrightMove. |
SimplyHired.com
