Getting Started
The Customization Menu is located in the left frame of the BrightMove. It is toward the bottom of the screen. Just before the Logs Module.
The Customization Menu lists all of the different fields and menus that the Licensed BrightMove User can alter to fit their company's processes and procedures.
Please note that if there is a field that is not listed on the menu that needs to be customized for your company, call your BrightMove Representative.
What can be Customized?
Many of the fields in the BrightMove ATS may be customized to reflect your company's processes and unique language used to describe those processes. They include:
Activity Type
Applicant Source
Applicant Status
Difficulty Level
Education Type
Employment Type
Job Group
Phone Type
Race
Requirement Status
Territory
To access any of these choices, click the small plus sign to the left of the "Customization" menu option, and choose from the expanded menu.
Who may Customize?
Any User classified as an "Administrator" has the ability to change and customize fields. The Admin may also assign that permission to other BrightMove users.
