Client Contact Profile
Overview
The Client Contact Profile contains all of the information associated with any person you consistently interact with at a client site. Some examples are a Hiring Manager, Project Manager, and Vendor Coordinator.
Parts of the Contact Profile
Contact Name
The first and last name of the contact.
Client
The name of the client for whom the contact works.
Phones
All of the telephone numbers and types associated with the contact.
Attachments
All documents that have been attached to a contact's profile.
Communicate
Allows a BrightMove user to send emails to the contact directly from their profile in BrightMove.
Work Environment
Area provided for notes on the contact's job or department description
Requirements
List of all job requirements associated with the Contact.
Activities
Historical listing of all correspondence and activities associated with contact.
Notes
Area provided for the BrightMove user to record any notes about the contact.
Sales
Lists the territory, sales account classification, and Sales person associated with the contact.
