Overview
A call list is a dynamic report that displays contact names and contact information constrained by parameters like territory and account classification. It gives the user an easy way to list the Contacts they would like to call on that day.
Getting Started
Go to the left frame of the BrightMove Application and click on the small plus sign that appears to the left of "Contacts". Once the menu is expanded, click on the option that says "Call List".
Generating the List
Go to the left side toolbar and click on the small plus sign that appears to the left of "Contacts". From the expanded menu, select the "Call List" option. You should now see the Contact Call List Manager. There are fields that will allow you to choose the contact list territory, sales account classification, and status. Make the choices by highlighting the choice on each drop down box. Once you are satisfied with your choices, click on the "Submit" button. A list will be displayed that has each contact"s last and first name, client, location, phone number, and email address.
Emailing to the List
Once you have generated a call list, you can send an email to any or all of the members of the list. To send an email to all members, click select all. To pick and choose, just put a check mark in the box to the left of the contact name. Once you have chosen who you would like to send the email to, go to the drop down menu that appears at the top right corner of the list of contacts on your call list and select either "send blank email" or choose the email template you would like to send t the contacts. Once you have chosen what to send, click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the call list. You will then see the compose email screen. Once you have typed your message, click the submit button at the bottom of the Compose Email screen and your email will be sent to the contacts who you selected to receive it.
