Overview
The Options menu is located in the upper right quadrant of the Client Profile Screen.
What you can do from the Options Menu
Edit Client
To Edit a Client Profile, Select the "Edit" item from the "Options" menu on the Client Profile screen. The "Update Client" screen will be displayed. Make the necessary changes to the Client Profile, and click on the blue "Submit" button at the bottom of the Update Client screen. Changes will be saved.
Delete Client
To Delete a Client Profile, select "Delete" from the "Options" menu on the Client Profile screen. When the pop up box that says "Delete Client?" appears, click on "Yes". The Client will be deleted from your BrightMove database.
Screen Filter
The screen filter allows you to hide any fields contained in the Client Profile page that you do not wish to view.
To use this tool, select it from the "options" menu that is located in the upper right quadrant of the Client Profile page. You should see s list of all of the screen filter options. Find the Client list, and check the boxes next to the fields that you would like to hide. Then, click the "submit" button at the bottom of the Screen Filter page. The fields that you selected will not be displayed.
